Coverage Duration
We provide a generous warranty period of up to 6 months for all spare parts that we replace or repair in your mobile device, starting from the date of the invoice. This warranty ensures that you are protected against any defects or issues that may arise from the replaced or repaired parts.
Warranty Exclusions
It's important to note that our warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidental or water damage, or any form of manual intervention on the device after our service. Such actions will void the warranty.
Covered Items
Our warranty encompasses the following:
- Screen, Battery, and Other Parts: We guarantee the proper functioning of these parts, ensuring they work as intended.
- Display and Board Issues: If you encounter any display or board-related problems that arise without any manual intervention and are directly related to the quality of the replaced spare parts, you are eligible for a free repair or replacement. This extended warranty remains valid for up to 6 months from the initial repair.
Important Notes
- The warranty is specific to the repaired device and the original customer. It is non-transferable if the device is sold or given to another individual.
- The device should be operational and functioning, except for the screen, to initiate a warranty claim.

- Share a video showcasing the display issue to support@fixeasy.co.in.
- Provide your phone number, order number, and IMEI number to support@fixeasy.co.in.
Claiming Your Warranty

Please include the service details and the invoice received during the repair process. Our dedicated team aims to address your queries within 48 to 72 hours from the time you contact us. You will receive an acknowledgment email for your query, and we will work swiftly to resolve your issue.
Warranty Limitations
Please note that our warranty is limited to the specific parts and/or services for which payment was made. If only parts were purchased, the warranty covers only the replacement of those parts. If both parts and repair services were availed, the warranty extends to cover the labor cost of part replacement and any additional repairs directly related to the initial repair.
Exclusions from Warranty
Our warranty does not apply to the following scenarios:
- Accidental damage of any kind
- Display issues such as visible lines or a blank screen
- Excessive damage to the device, including potential internal component damage
- Subsequent mishandling leading to bending, twisting, or cracking of the frame
- Subsequent mishandling of the screen, causing discoloration or lines
- Accidental or purposeful drops
- Water damage
- Tampering with internal hardware
- Damage resulting from attempted customer self-repairs
- Software issues unrelated to the repair
- Jail-broken devices
- New damages unrelated to the original repair
Additionally, our warranty does not cover any data loss that may occur during the repair process. We advise customers to back up their data before seeking repair services.
Pre-existing Conditions
Our warranty also does not cover repair outcomes if certain pre-repair conditions exist, including:
- Known manufacturing or performance issues unrelated to the repair
- Existing damage to the device frame
- Water damage
- Jail-broken devices
- Tampering with internal hardware
Please be aware that internal damage may impact the feasibility of a repair. Our specialists will provide detailed explanations after diagnosing your device. If you have any uncertainties, we strongly discourage attempting self-repair, as it may affect the device's reparability.
