Warranty & Refund Coverage

Our warranty and refund policy is directly tied to the parts and/or services that you have paid for. Here's how it works:

  • Parts-Only Purchase: If you have purchased only spare parts from us, our warranty and refund coverage is limited to the replacement of those parts in case of defects or issues.
  • Parts and Repair Service: If you have availed both spare parts and our repair service, our warranty extends to not only cover the replacement of parts but also includes the labor cost for part replacement. Furthermore, any additional repairs that stem directly from the initial repair are also covered under this extended warranty.

  • Our dedicated team will review your claim and respond promptly. If your claim is valid under our warranty policy, we will proceed with the necessary actions to address the issue.

Exclusions

It's important to note that our warranty and refund policy does not cover the following scenarios:

  • Accidental damage
  • Display issues such as visible lines or a blank screen
  • Excessive damage to the device or internal components
  • Subsequent mishandling causing frame distortion, twisting, or cracking
  • Subsequent mishandling affecting the screen's functionality
  • Accidental or intentional drops
  • Water damage
  • Tampering with internal hardware
  • Damage resulting from attempted customer self-repairs
  • Software issues unrelated to the repair
  • Jail-broken devices
  • New damages unrelated to the original repair

Additionally, our warranty and refund policy does not encompass any data loss that may occur during the repair process. We strongly recommend backing up your data before seeking our repair services.

Pre-existing Conditions

Our warranty and refund policy also excludes repair outcomes if certain pre-repair conditions exist, such as:

  • Known manufacturing or performance issues unrelated to the repair
  • Existing damage to the device frame
  • Water damage
  • Jail-broken devices
  • Tampering with internal hardware

Please be aware that internal damage may impact the feasibility of a repair. Our specialists will provide detailed explanations after diagnosing your device. If you have any uncertainties, we strongly discourage attempting self-repair, as it may affect the device's repairability.
