Sending Your Device to Us

Customers residing outside the Chennai region who require our services must dispatch their device to us through a reliable courier service. Kindly be informed that sending the device to our service facility is undertaken at your own risk and expense.

Repair Process and Return

Once your device is repaired, we will diligently package it and dispatch it to the address you have confirmed. Our team ensures that the device is securely packaged for safe delivery.

Pick-Up Arrangements

For your convenience, we offer a pick-up service from our end, though please note that a nominal pick-up charge will apply. When availing of this service, it is your responsibility to ensure that the device is carefully packed in a suitable package to prevent any damage during transit.

Device Inspection on Receipt

Upon receiving your device, our technicians will conduct a thorough inspection. If the device is not in the condition as described, or if there is a model mismatch, or if any physical damage is detected, we will promptly return the product to the shipping address provided by you.

Unrepairable Situations

In rare circumstances where the identified problem(s) or issue(s) are deemed impossible to repair or spare parts for replacement are unavailable, we will promptly communicate this to you. Please be advised that there might be certain convenience charges associated with our technicians' efforts in such situations.
